It is a core component of the transmission mechanism, used in conjunction with the previously mentioned 1st-speed driving gear and synchronizer sleeve to form the power transmission chain under heavy-duty conditions.
- High-load-bearing tooth profile design: Forged from high-strength alloy steel, the gear teeth are carburized, quenched, and ground for high hardness and good contact fatigue strength, capable of withstanding high-torque impacts during heavy-load starting of mining dump trucks.
