它安装在变速箱二轴上,位于一档齿轮与相邻部件之间,作用是:
- 轴向定位:限制一档齿轮在轴上的窜动间隙,防止齿轮轴向位移导致啮合不良或异响
- 间隙补偿:通过自身厚度调整,保证齿轮、轴承、同步器之间的轴向配合精度
- 摩擦隔离:减少齿轮与轴 / 相邻部件之间的直接摩擦,降低磨损和卡滞风险

⚠️ 常见故障与维护
- 常见问题:隔套磨损、变形、端面划伤,导致齿轮轴向窜动、啮合异响、跳档 / 脱档
- 故障原因:长期重载冲击、润滑油不足 / 油品劣化、轴系装配间隙过大
- 维护建议:拆解变速箱时,同步检查隔套的厚度、端面平面度和内外径磨损情况;更换齿轮 / 轴承时,建议同步更换隔套,避免因旧隔套磨损导致新件配合不良
his is the 1st speed gear spacer sleeve for the main shaft of the Fast 8DS260 series transmission. It is a key component for axial positioning in the transmission shaft system, used with the 1st speed gear and synchronizer assembly.
- Axial positioning: Limits the axial play of the 1st speed gear on the shaft, preventing poor meshing or abnormal noise caused by gear displacement.
- Clearance compensation: Adjusts the fit between gears, bearings and synchronizers via its thickness to ensure precise axial alignment.
- Friction isolation: Reduces direct friction between gears and adjacent components, minimizing wear and jamming risks.
