- 变速箱大修、离合器壳体拆装时，必须更换新衬垫，不可重复使用旧件；
- 发现变速箱与离合器壳体结合面有渗油现象时，需检查衬垫是否老化破损，及时更换。
- 安装注意事项
- 安装前需清洁两个壳体的结合面，去除油污、杂质与旧衬垫残留；
- 安装时可在衬垫两面薄涂一层耐油密封胶（部分原厂件已预涂胶，无需额外涂抹）；
- 按规定扭矩对角拧紧壳体螺栓，避免因受力不均导致衬垫压偏、密封失效。
- During transmission overhaul or clutch housing disassembly/reassembly, the gasket must be replaced with a new one; the old gasket must not be reused.
- If oil leakage is found at the mating surface between the transmission and the clutch housing, check the gasket for aging or damage and replace it in a timely manner.
- Before installation, clean the mating surfaces of both housings to remove oil, debris, and residual old gasket material.
- When installing, a thin layer of oil-resistant sealant may be applied to both sides of the gasket (note: some genuine parts come with pre-applied sealant and do not require additional application).
- Tighten the housing bolts diagonally to the specified torque to prevent gasket misalignment and seal failure caused by uneven stress.
