Functional Positioning
As the “power source” of the hydraulic system, it generates pressurized oil through gear meshing, providing high-pressure fluid for hydraulic actuators such as the bulldozer’s steering, lifting, and tilting mechanisms to realize functions like dozer blade lifting/lowering and vehicle steering.
Compared with piston pumps, gear pumps feature a simple structure and strong anti-contamination capability, making them particularly suitable for the heavy-load and harsh working conditions of bulldozers.
